Suitable to swage and shape band saw blades up to 300 mm of width and frame saw blades of all common dimensions (maximum 3,0 mm thickness). Swaging densifies the tooth point of the saw tooth and results in a smoother and more accurate cut of the wood and a higher production. Blade feed is effected by the swage die so accurate positioning of the saw tooth is guaranteed. The die is mounted in bearings on both sides. It can be used on 10 different positions. The clearance, the rake angle, the width to be shaped and the tooth pitch are easily set according to scale, without changing any machinery parts. The complete procedure is hydraulically controlled and individually adjustable. The control-panel is well arranged and accessible. Electrical equipment is in accordance with DIN-EN 60204 standards. Protective motor relay and thermal release for all motors. Emergency stop.
