Tensioning and Levelling of the saw blade are finished in several passages.
Levelling is no longer executed by the common approximation method. By means of the electronic feed of the levelling rollers, deformation of the blade is directly pressed up to the requested dimension. Thus, the machine works extremely silent.
During the next passage, the tension of the saw blade is controlled by sensors and rolled into the saw blade by proportional hydraulic pressure.
During the last passage, the blade back is controlled and the tension is adjusted.
